About Me
My dogs are my life. I am a Veterinarian in my spare time. I have been on the board of the Canadian
National Australian Shepherd Association in the past and hold memberships in the CNASA,
Australian Shepherd Fanciers of Alberta, ASCA, and CKC. I am dedicated to preserving
the health and working ability of the Australian Shepherd and support research into
breed-related problems. I have recently started volunteering with the Australian Shepherd
Health and Genetics Institute (ASHGI). I have also done some work with aussie rescue. My
dogs' DNA has been submitted to the epilepsy research studies and all intact dogs are kept
up-to-date on all health clearances. All my dogs are trained through positive reinforcement
(clicker training). I follow the ASCA Code of Ethics. I breed litters very occasionally (in fact
thus far have not produced any litters). My dogs live in the house, not in a kennel. Please feel free
